The Story Behind Alis Management
After more than three years of navigating multiple property management companies, Isabel noticed a consistent trend—each began impressively but eventually delivered declining service and inflated end-of-month charges for routine responsibilities.
Frustrated but motivated to create something better, Isabel partnered with a private property manager to manage her own Wellington property. Over the course of a year, the two worked side by side, immersing themselves in every facet of property ownership and operations.
From that collaboration—and a shared vision for what property management should be—Alis Mgmt was born. As a proudly women-owned company, Alis Mgmt was founded to challenge industry norms and elevate the client experience through a more thoughtful, responsive, and transparent approach.

We don't believe in paying a bill far greater than expected at the end of the month. Instead of charging a base price per square footage and then adding on an hourly rate for our time, we have a set price, which encourages you to utilize our services without fear of an outrageous bill at the end of the month.
