Our property managers will “fix” and maintain whatever they are qualified to resolve.
For example, they will generally handle replacements for filters, batteries, and lighting; however, we will outsource work outside this scope to contractors who will have their own associated fees.

Although we are based in Wellington, FL, we offer our services in Palm Beach, Miami, the Hamptons, Big Sky, and the Yellowstone Club.
We are happy to accommodate your location needs upon request. If we do not already have a team in your area, we would love to discuss possible solutions.

We don't believe in paying a bill far greater than expected at the end of the month. Instead of charging a base price per square footage and then adding on an hourly rate for our time, we have a set price, which encourages you to utilize our services without fear of an outrageous bill at the end of the month.

Our monthly fee covers the service you are paying for directly; this way we can pay our team for their hard work.
Our annual fee replaces the traditional hourly rate for property management, giving us a buffer to earn for any additional cost of resources, so we can provide you the best experience possible.

No, your annual fee is based on your highest level of service and prorated for the duration utilized.
